Both my girlfriend and I take this strain it is probably the best one for energy and also helps her with her depression. I have this before the start of a long shift and it usually keeps me going for 6-7 hrs before I have to get a coffee. I used to drink 2-3 coffees per shift. Now I am down to 1 coffee or none. Recommend this to anyone who works a long shift or needs to stay alert for long periods of time. Dosage 3-5 grams.
